Under the direction of the team manager, worked as a leadership team to support consultants, quote new work, and interview potential employees.

Design Sprint facilitator—organize and adapt Google Venture style sprints for large problems, unknown opportunities, shorter timelines, limited attendance, and other business environments, to learn lessons and create successful solutions in a focused and unifying process.

Over the course of 2 years, worked closely with Executive and field teams to completely overhaul an international brand. This includes corporate identity, top products, marketing materials, office space, as well as web and mobile tools. Discovered problems in process and experience flow—then developed, tested, and rolled out highly successful solutions. Some of these new tools include designing new back end and front end tools. Created a sampling packaging solution for our partners to more effectively and confidently share products.

Responsible for validating, troubleshooting, and improving the customer experience with our tools and services. Worked with designers, customer support team, and others to provide a quality end to end customer experience.

Created custom logos, marketing material, websites, stationery and other printed media. Administered Apple hardware for internal design and project management teams. Redesigned sister websites for lead generation. Provided trainings to our Project Management group on design principles. Provided phone system administration. Recorded and published a design podcast. Implemented new Laboratory Information System, including tailoring the LIS to the needs and workflow of the lab. Developed software and process solutions for regulatory requirements. Developed and wrote standards of procedure. Managed IT infrastructure, software and hardware for 100+ employees in 4 offices across 3 states. Recognized for implementing 2 remote offices.

Oversaw all store functions. Hired new employees. Worked with all employees to evaluate strengths and weaknesses and meet new goals. Planned and setup displays for products to maximize sales. Recognized as best assistant manager in Utah before becoming store manager.
