I worked as Nurse for 4years in Severance Hospital and PM(CRA) for 8 years in Korean CRO LPS BU. When I was a nurse, I thought nurse had not a big improvement because nursing job is alike everyday. I would like to do more creative job, so I decided to change new job. That is CRA. When I started to work as a CRA, I was very interesting so I was very passionate about CRA's work. My efficiency and performance of work was excellent therefore my boss thought highly of me. I was promoted to PM after a year of CRA. This was an unprecedentad record. After promotion, I worked and studied even harder. My Improvement was very big, especially communication skiil and human resources management. However my husband was transferred to China, I thought that it was a opportunity. I came to China in 2012 with my famaliy. I studied Chinese and psychology and then did counseling service as volunteer for 5 years. After coming back to Korea, I entered the previous company again as a project manager. It's really happy for me to get back to work after a long time.
