• Assist in debottlenecking and optimizing process engineering projects for CF Industries Verdigris Nitrogen Complex, CF Industries Woodward Nitrogen Complex, Apache Nitrogen Products Inc. Nitric Acid Complex, and gas processing industries• Gather, review and confirm data and information of design and field operation• Perform mass and heat balance calculation for current production and before and after revamp• Assist in developing process simulation, and generate physical properties to support the revamp project• Ensure proper preparation/checking of engineering calculations, specifications and requisition packages - verifying content, proper assembly, thorough checking, and issue to project • Assist in developing new and updated PFDs and P&IDs for process changes• Develop and draft the process technical report for sustaining the revamp project

- Detailed Investigation of long standing Firebag Plant 91 Lime & MgOx System operational issue (complete hydraulic simulation, equipment sizing, performance review, plant “walk down”, P&IDs, PFDs, and LDTs)- Cooperated with multidisciplinary team in identifying possible problems and provided accurate technical solutions (Mechanical & Chemical), reduced the budget and improved operational performance.- Completed (Warm Lime Softener) Lime and MgOx system debottleneck project scoping study, problem definition report (PDR) and cost estimate that resulted in initiation of project through the process of MOC. - Cooperated with senior engineers on disposal water treatment project, provided technical solutions to optimize plant operation.

- Maintained and enhanced the Corporate Continuous Improvement intranet site (Using MS SharePoint).- Effectively assisted in the enhancement of Continuous Improvement processes and tools.- Assisted in project management oversight and participated in developing project management process, tools and techniques.- Actively participated in forecasting progress, performance, and maintenance cost/schedule trend for operation- Designed and optimized the complete Water Balance Flowsheet (reflect real-time operation conditions and process parameters) for FIREBAG SAGD using Pi-Processbook, DeltaV, PFDs, P&IDs and LDTs, etc. - Cooperated with senior engineers on maintaining and optimizing the water treatment laboratory test schedule.- Detailed investigation of FIREBAG Plant 91&92 Utility/Fire water system operational issues using Pipe-Flo (Hydraulic) simulation, performance review (pump, vessel, etc.) and Plant “walk down”.- Resolved and provided accurate technical solution for optimizing operation and efficiency increasing.- Completed Utility Water project scoping study and PDR that resulted in initiation of successive projects.
