Deal with supplier quality issues ,drives for quality improvement and lead supplier production line qualification. Root cause analysis(5W,8D) for quality issues,Interacts with cross function team to drive yield rate improvement, • Ensure that supplier deliver quality finish goods or parts,material ,responsible for supporting the qualification and on-going quality improvement,Address and follow up the open issues after production launch,implement Engineering Change Note(ECN)

• Technical and quality support for Kalmar container crane key components purchase in China (supplier at Shanghai, Changzhou, Suzhou, Wuxi and so on)• Quality process control of port crane M-parts suppliers, especially material quality control and test. M-parts included Casting, Forging, Wheels, Drums, shaft ,sheave and welding–structural components . • As onsite Project Manager ,follow up MacGregor cylinders schedule ,quality control and technical confirmation

Responsible for heat treatment adjustment, metal material test ,analysis result of test.Process development and control of valve spindle heat treatment/PTA welding/induction/nitridation,solving issues and after-sale technical service
