About Ji Yoo

Overseeing the NIHAN Project to train healthcare professionals, students, training physicians, older and vulnerable adults, and caregivers in Nevada. Using interprofessional education and applying 4M framework (medication, mentation, mobility, what matters), core elements of integrated geriatrics care, I develop network of community-based organizations to establish Age-Friendly Health Systems and Dementia-Friendly Communities in Nevada.
