• Supported the implementation of annual work plans, and supported the USD 143 million-budget and resource tracking of Madagascar South-South Cooperation (in line with the MARA mandate and Annual Consultation Meeting on the FAO-China SSC Programme);• Contributed to preparation, arrangement and implementation of Madagascar SSC programme, such as MoU/ Tripartite Agreement text preparing, expert selection and review, pre-departure training, inception, dispatch of 9 experts, and execution of procedure in full consultation with MARA, FAO, Hunan province and other stakeholders;• Prepared reports/briefings on Madagascar SSC programme conducted, with in-depth analysis and innovative suggestions.• Translated and interpreted for internal staff and external visitors from United Nations, embassies and governments such as Malaysian Palm Oil Board Director-General Datuk Dr. Ahmad Kushairi Din and his delegation; • Assisted in organizing and coordinating, translated and interpreted for Ministerial Forum on Global South-South Cooperation in Agriculture, Photo Exhibition of FAO Director-General Election and other 8 international conferences.• Initiated regular correspondence and exchanges with UN agencies, embassies, World Bank and other local, national and international partners.
