Work closely with BU heads in order to complete HC/talent review and organization structure review; as well as to control the budget and develop talented team. Full cycle (process) of recruiting: identify the requirements, expand recruiting channel, search talents, interview (first & final round), offer negotiation, reference check, talent assessment, and landing. 2.Channel Management: responsible for developing and managing vendors; integrate relevant information; effectively utilize creative sourcing methods such using mobile social media and networking. 3.Talent Mapping: responsible for target industry mapping and mapping methodology to help BU to clarify the business strategy, organizational structure and target talents. 4.HRBP: served as HRBP from 2016 to deeply understanding business strategy of related BU (team size of 200+) and providing HR solutions. Responsible for talent acquisition and management, termination and retention, performance evaluation and salary adjustment. Assist to provide appropriate internal and external training.5.Business-related: assist business team to plan and complete key projects at corporation level, such as ticket promotion project (2017) and Mtime App. revision (2017) 6.Others: lead to plan and implement 2018 company annual party, to be the host

1.Headhunting (50%) : Served as a consultant, ensure effective communication with client’s HR and business manager; Conducted and completed talent acquisition, end to end recruitment, reference check and talent evaluation; Build up and maintain talent pool; 2.RPO Project (40%): Acted as part of the clients’ internal team to ensure that the required recruitment activities are carried out successfully. 3.Campus Recruitment (5%): Cooperated with PM to clarify the requirements with clients, and be responsible for recruitment implementation. 4.Talent Assessment (5%): Completed one-on-one interviews and output assessment reports. 5.Team Management: set up and managed each project team (5-6 people, full-time & part-time consultants) based on client’s requirement; Coached team member and 2 new employees Supported Clients: Ericsson, Apple Store, Schneider-electric, Audi, Novonordisk, GSK, Nokia, Mars, Bank of China, ICBC, Chemchina.

Base on customer requirements to create the repair file; communicated with testing department to make sure the quality assessments and maintenance for repaired equipments; communicated with the mobile telecommunications company, such as Vodafone, O2 to follow up the feedback; update the repair result in system.
