Jia Wu arrived in Perth over 15 years to study a double degree in accounting and marketing at curtin university. A gifted student, Jia went on to achieve great success in his industry after his graduation - becoming the state sales director of the third largest electronics business in Australia only 2 years after completing his studies. This role taught Jia the power of effective leadership, and he went on to lead his team against fierce competition that fiscal year – eventually succeeding to cement his company as the market leader in WA. In 2006, Jia began to invest in the property market personally. Realising the industry’s huge potential for capital growth, along with his innate ability to build powerful customer relationships, Wu began to consider entering the realty market as an agent. In the aftermath of the GFC, Jia invested his earnings into the creation of a small, local agency – Heritage Realty. As licensee and founder, Jia spearheaded the movement that turned his once-small agency into a much larger group of both corporate and franchise-based enterprises. Jia Wu knows the grind required to sell a property – he’s shown this ability countless times in his own career. Jia Wu is passionate about helping everyone achieve the Australian dream.
