As a Events & Membership Intern, I played a pivotal role in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the Association, focusing on the Membership events such as the SRA’s annual Retail Awards Gala Dinner and Singapore Retail Industry Conference & Exhibition (SRIC.E). My responsibilities extended to the management of SRA's social media channels and website, ensuring effective communication and engagement with the audience.

As a part-time employee of Klosh, I have developed skillsets that allow me to form a connection with customers of all types of backgrounds. I am trained to think on my feet to overcome challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
