During my internship at China Merchants Bank's Treasury Department, I wrote credit due diligence reports for the department's investments in other financial institutions' bonds. I assisted in onboarding the Murex system for forex trading and stayed updated on forex market trends and economic information. Additionally, I supported traders in drafting and maintaining analysis and reports, and contributed to various special projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies.

During my internship at Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, I focused on web3 app development, project outreach, and community engagement. I gained hands-on experience in developing cutting-edge web3 applications and fostering strategic partnerships with projects and key opinion leaders (KOLs). I also organized and led engaging Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions. My time at Binance has been transformative, fueling my passion for the crypto industry and opening doors to exciting career prospects.

This club covers the fundamentals of cryptocurrencies and blockchain, starting all the way from the concept of traditional centralized money systems like standardized currencies (USD, SGD, and so on) and how cryptocurrencies differ from them. In the club, students learn how bitcoin mining actually works, the purpose of a “blockchain,” amongst other topics in the vast world of crypto. To make it accessible for people unfamiliar with the idea of cryptocurrencies, the club will focus less on the technical sides of cryptocurrency and more on understanding how it all works. The club will also provide opportunities for students to set up decentralized wallets and make transactions with each other to get practical experience. We believe it is essential for students to have at least a brief understanding of new technologies that are gaining recognition.
