Worked with the CS Department to organize 'X in Tech: CS Beyond Software Engineering,' a panel consisting of Profs. Hany Farid and Vicki May, as well as various graduate and undergraduate students leveraging programming and computer science theory in unconventional ways (computational linguistics, digital arts, etc.)

Worked as a TA for Prof. Tim Tregubov in Spring of 2018 and Spring of 2019. Held weekly open office hours on key concepts in full-stack development such as routing, components, and authentication in React (including Redux) and other JS frameworks. Assisted students with and graded lab assignments built on JavaScript and HTML/CSS.

Worked for Prof. Thomas Cormen as a CS1 Section Leader in Fall of 2018 and Fall of 2019. Led weekly review sessions for students with little to no technical experience, explaining key concepts such as data structures and recursion using Python and going over lab assignments. Provided mentorship to students starting out in CS through class and career advice.

Worked with Government Prof. Brendan Nyhan and QSS Postdoctoral Fellow Jin Woo Kim to conduct a series of research projects and tasks to develop a standardized measurement of the extremity and incivility of comments on online forums and social media, which will aid in analyzing how social media comments influence political processes.

Facilitated student discussions for the Management Development Leadership Program (MLDP) and Dartmouth Leadership Attitudes & Behaviors Program (D-LAB) about topics such as current political events and personal challenges faced as a leader. Participated in weekly workshops designed to teach skills such as public speaking, communicating professionally, etc.

Designed, scoped, and wrote technical product design and specification documents for an internal security chat bot that intelligently answers commonly asked questions and displays information drawn from other Microsoft services. Coordinated feature implementation across three full-time engineers split between Redmond and Hyderabad, India. Due to an unexpected reorg, took on majority of engineering for the project and implemented three features of the bot in C#, leveraging the APIs and platforms of Azure DevOps, S360, and Azure Bot Services

Received grant to conduct participatory research in the civic tech community g0v. Contributed code, documentation, and research to projects that seek to benefit society, such as the anti-propaganda/rumors chat bot Cofacts and the virtual policy deliberation platform vTaiwan that furthers digital democracy. Met with the Digital Minister Audrey Tang to discuss designing and building technology for good that does not recreate historical oppression and leave marginalized populations behind.

Designed and implemented in JavaScript (Appcelerator Titanium) an iPhone version of CommerceCloud's Endless Aisle, a platform for in-store online purchases. Offset redistribution of resources following a reorg by fully owning my project and driving it to completion, gathering customer data to demonstrate business need and meeting with key stakeholders to garner buy-in.

Received mentorship in building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and UI/UX design. Leveraged a variety of APIs including Google Geolocation and Airbnb Maps to create Where2Meet, an app for students to visually show their projected location and time in order to make scheduling meetings easy. Developed React Native mobile app for ReallyRead.it, a Neukom Scholarship project that aims to make the Internet a better place to consume content by tracking the quality of the users' readingDeveloped React Native mobile app for Nudg, a partner project with the Tuck School for Business that leverages analysis of usage data for better development of social and professional connections.

Worked on creating and testing games developed to enact social change, from eliminating subconscious biases to encouraging more inclusion of women in STEM. Programmed prototypes in Twine, JavaScript for upcoming game production Potions. Wrote dialogue and plot direction for current projects in progress.
