Analyzed the information and selecteduseful details, which provided great help in designing an initiative for the University of Toronto• Planned an EDI initiative aimed at encouraging black high-school students to enter business majors at UTSC. Created a timeline for the two-day event and arranged the event content for participants. The activities include academic learning in Accounting and Economics, alumni and student experience sharing, and case competition. The agenda received positive feedback from colleagues and students• Interviewed similar program organizers in UTSC for detailed suggestions and met with the Admissions and Recruitment Department in UTSC for connecting with high schools.
