Overall planning, management and delivery of various projects in the telecommunication space from defining project scope and deliverables, resource allocation, identifying and managing risks to execute and implement within scheduled timelines.Involved in aspects of customer support as an extension of project delivery to ensure ongoing post implementation support.

Overall management of the customer delivery and implementation process including data analysis; documenting and communicating technical requirements and configurations to impacted parties; testing support, and implementation. Provision of pre-sales technical support to sales teams. Liaise with IT development teams to provide advice, guidance, and input into projects involving customer impact. Working with other internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance and Product Teams.

Supporting the Consumer Risk Solutions business by providing insight and reporting on trends in the consumer database to a range of end users, managing the on boarding of new default providers, monitoring various data feeds and the performance of the Consumer Credit Bureau to ensure no down time, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and queries and provide support not only to customers, but also other parts of the business such as Finance, Sales and I.T. Main achievements during this time include completion of User Acceptance Testing for Comprehensive Credit Reporting, development of SQL server knowledge, automation of client and internal reports, internal process improvements, assisted in updating internal documents for ISO accreditation and also creating/updating Product Technical Documentation.

Client requests to update/remove adverse data, responding to internal/external client requests, consumer credit file investigations and updates, ad hoc tasks and assisted with business projects such as Salesforce Redeployment Project.
