-In charge of Far East Region for Flight support services delivery.-Approach new client for potential business.-Maintain and extend relationship with over 50 existing clients to achieve yearly sales target up to $10M.-Regain business from non-active clients.-Monitory payment status and solve invoice dispute to close business loop.-Get insight information from customer.-Attend exhibitions and events.-Work closely with operation team to ensure high quality seamless services to be delivered.-Monitor competitors' activity and set business strategy accordingly.

-Maintain and expand strong and long-lasting relationships with existing customers.-Plan, execute, and achieve quarterly/annual Sales/Revenue/Payment collection target.-Generate, nurture lead and convert to sales opportunity.-Influence customer key decision maker's purchase intention by serious sales activities like presentation, HQ/Trail visit, Conference/Summit, etc.-Organize and lead a team for bidding.-Contract negotiation and handover to delivery team.-Lead project delivery activities and report the weekly progress to customer high-level management.-Manage customer's satisfaction by addressing customer's need and solving complain issues.-Collect acceptance to achieve revenue target up to $100M.-Monitory payment process to ensure company's cash flow.
