Ever since childhood, I loved playing video games. During my middle school years, I became intrigued by the machines that facilitated my gaming experience, prompting me to tinker with keyboards and computer components, eventually learning to construct my own personal computer.As I progressed into high school, I delved deeper into the realms of computer engineering and computer science. After taking several computer science classes, my interest gravitated more towards the latter field. Concurrently, I developed a fascination with Bitcoin and the stock market, leading me to ponder whether to pursue a career in finance or computer science.Following high school, I enrolled at Harold Washington College to afford myself additional time to decide my major. Eventually, I settled on Computer Science. Next was deciding what branch of CS to pursue. Through diligent research, I discovered my passion for cloud computing, sparked by the insightful content from @TechWithLucy, which piqued my interest.With the invaluable guidance from @TechWithLucy's videos on YouTube and numerous other resources, I successfully obtained the AWS Cloud Practitioner Certificate. My cloud journey continues as I plan to pursue the AWS Associate's Solutions Architect Certification next, complemented by undertaking cloud-based projects.
