Quality Engineering Practice• Validated an in-development automated test framework on a test ServiceNow platform instance through developing end-to-end test cases involving user interface interaction.• Handled post-change deployment and troubleshooting of 8 microservices that were written in Java and Python. • Improved upon existing Spring Boot Java application used by the team to intelligently detect and update Selenium WebDriver used in internal processes. • Improved upon internal intranet website by displaying website usage metrics through API calls interfacing with a MongoDB database.

Enterprise Information Management/Data-as-a-Service – Akora• Ensured smooth operation of ingestion processes on a cloud-based data platform running on Microsoft Azure.• Monitored the production environment and escalated discovered problems potentially impacting downstream internal customers.• Investigated over 30 raised incidents and provided required support to resolve said incidents. • Validated data streams from applications migrated from on-premises data platforms to the cloud-based platform for production cutover, investigating data ingestion issues and escalating findings to developer teams for rectification.• Investigated errors within Azure Synapse data analytics platform relating to data movement between Azure storage containers, resolving non-codebase-related errors and escalating discovered code-related problems to developer teams for rectification, resolving 5 request items.

TDS Autosys – Production Support• Developed Perl scripts to automate regular reporting of Autosys usage data to TD’s external vendor via email, utilising SQL queries to retrieve required usage data from production and non-production Autosys servers as well as insert the collated data to an SQL table for archival purposes.• Developed a Python package as part of an access attestation enhancement initiative, providing backend functionality in API calls to retrieve user and application information and SQL queries to insert and update retrieved information to a database used by the frontend user interface.TDS Automation Hub – UiPath Automation • Refactored existing UiPath web scraping workflow into two separate workflows to conform to adopted Robotic Enterprise Framework.• Demonstrated current-version UiPath activities to improve currency of team knowledge base.

Reconciliation Cash Management (RCM)• Implemented Autosys configuration updates via Job Information Language text files, verified 15 such updates on non-production environments, and oversaw 3 said updates on the production environment instance.• Developed a Python tool with graphical interface for RCM team members to transfer local files to remote servers, routed via RegEx-based filename rules.

• Developed software to inject metadata into image files for geotagging.• Developed an algorithm using Python to generate a flight path for a UAV to systematically cover a known, bounded area at a pre-inputted altitude.
