Prior to MIT Sloan, I spent five years working in management consulting at Deloitte where I helped transform organizations from developing new processes, defining operations and innovating new business models. I spent three years helping a major telecom company leading the design, development and roll out of a digital video distribution platform and led a social media analytics effort, helping rethink LTV of a customer based on their social influence. My passions include recommendation engines, automotive big data, machine learning, analytics and its ability to rethink and transform organizations.
