Managed the Scrum development team, facilitated the team to keep high velocity. Represented the development team in Scrum-of-Scrums meetings when involved in multi-team large projects. Co-ordinated with other teams with dependencies to solve both technical and non-technical issues. Wrote various documentation for releases, such as Quick Start Guide, User Workflow and Technical Documentation. Provided training and 3rd line support to the customers.
