- Directly responsible for the long-term strategic direction of the organization;- Oversight of the company’s legacy real estate portfolio;- Capital raising of debt equity structure, private equity advisory & management;- Transformation of new developments to Begonia’s REIT platform;- Leading the investment & acquisition for the firm with market values over $500MM;- Management Begonia’s capital partnerships, raising equity and debt financing in excess of $150MM across the organization’s capital stack;- Spearhead the efforts to identify and pursue new investment opportunities for Begonia.
