About Jiaming Yuan

As a third-year environmental engineering student, I am drawn to the intersection between the natural and built environments and issues pertaining to the air, water, and soil. I seek to use my critical thinking, strong work ethic, and rigorous engineering training to contribute to environmental, economic, and socially sustainable systems. Recently, my passion for clean and accessible water systems has grown through my experience leading the PF200 subteam in AguaClara and I look forward to exploring the water sector, which is of critical importance in my home state of California.My wide range of transferable skills and interests, from wastewater reclamation to air quality modeling, make me a versatile team member who can work with any task or client. I am excited to continue learning from experienced professionals and work with other motivated individuals who share my passion for the solving the most pressing environmental issues of our time.
