• Manage the relationship with Cisco certified partners to optimize their business practices• Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments; escalate as needed to ensure that customer issues are properly resolved in a timely manner• Maintain expertise on the business partner's company, products, projects, programs, competition and go to market strategy• Help Cisco partners navigate the programs, tools, services and promotions• Run conference calls with partners and vendors to review pipelines, and manage product forecasts for partner deals and run rate business• Consult partners on the optimal solutions based on active Cisco promotions• Self sufficient with Cisco's self service quoting, order management and configuration tools (CCW, SCC, Status Tool…)• Deal management (Standard and CBN), and Smartnet contract renewal
