Evaluated antibodies for some projectsGenerated a lot of antibodies and characterized their biophysical properties, ranked them and selected competent clones delivered to project team. Some of the antibodies were chosen for further development and went forward to clinic trial.2. Constructed a high quality phage antibody libraryConstructed a naive scFv library from B cells of 50 healthy donors with the size of 2×1010 colonies, about 75% of the clones were productive. The library had been tested by more than 10 antigens, all of them got binding hits, and functional blocking antibodies were also identified from hits.
