• Design, develop, distribute and maintain various reports on Business Intelligence platform and Excel to effectively monitor revenue and operational KPIs for 75+ hotels in various scales on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing to define, develop and monitor various performance metrics • Build financial modeling and conduct in-depth analysis to answer ad hoc business questions and make data-driven recommendations to the Operations team• Administrate and facilitate annual budget cycle of the company portfolio by validating and presenting operating budgets to ownership groups• Review P&L statements against relevant benchmarks identifying financial growth opportunities• Consult with external clients on new projects and create pro forma through comprehensive market / financial analysis• Construct deliverables such as performance summary, forecast and cashflow projection for 3rd-party ownership groups• Automate data cleaning and manipulation process of widely-sourced large datasets to increase productivity in stakeholders' day-to-day analysis• Lead data integration initiative with a 3rd-party information management platform through continuous communication on data availability, data structure and ETL methodologies as a team representative, developing all-in-one visual dashboards
