Main Responsibility:1. Lead the quality assurance department to set and monitor quality standards across the company. 2. Liaise with Group Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure the business remains compliant with changes in regulations and legislation, contact with governmental agencies and apply for relevant operational license.3. In charge of recruiting and managing departmental staff, organizational structure establishment, separation of duties.4. Liaise with both plant managers to continuously improve quality standards and to drive down the level of internal rejects, customer complaints and the overall cost of poor quality.5. Liaise with the process engineering and product development groups to assist them to deliver capable processes and continue to optimize production process and improve product quality 6. Chair the Senior Management Review meetings and co-ordinate the wider range of, product centered, quality improvement programs through this group.7. Manage customer complaints and ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive action be taken.8. Assist the company in setting the quality improvement strategy.9. Manage the quality assurance budget.10. Develop the skills and capabilities of the staff within the whole quality group and manage this through rigorous use of the staff performance and development.11. Ensure that the analytical services group provides the correct level of support to meet the company legislative compliance standard and also in support of the manufacturing processes.12. Direct R&D to deliver development and technical support to customers and the product development group.13. Quality culture building.
