• Developed an end to end project, designing and implementing from sketch the promotion feature for Mobile App advertisement, including front-end UI work, backend service and Database design.• Developed an vendor whitelist feature, allowing our team to whitelist the pre-selected vendors and block vendors who are not in this whitelist from using our service.• Implemented an internal website as an internal tool to test our service APIs and manage our data.• Implemented part of the billing feature to allow our team to charge and refund customers.• Implemented an command line internal tool calling our service APIs to do some batch work, such as reading a list of app's ASINS from a csv file and registered these apps.

• Developed new features and maintained existing functions for smart-fill using open source enterprise search platform Apache Solr.• Designed and changed Locale Hierarchy to reduce location resolution errors in hotel and air search.• Designed and implemented an interactive java artifact dependency graph, using xml parser to extract data. Drew the graph using graphviz with required dependencies highlighted.• Created an Android application that could share postcards between app users, including some features such as adding watermarks on the postcard, getting pictures based on users' locations with using flickr.com API and sharing postcards through social network, etc.• Worked on all aspects of the Orbitz web application, including debugging applications on a regular basis, writing new unit tests using Junit, releasing new versions of application and developing new features of web application.
