These reports cover five-year plans, investment screening, RMB internationalization, tech/cyber/data policies, new foreign trade/investment initiatives and export control rules. Supervise the preparation of the China Commercial Regulatory Summary. 2) Strategy setting: Make and lead the implementation of the three-year business environment strategies. Identify regulatory barriers based on British business needs, then set up G2G and B2G channels with regulators to resolve these barriers, including on government procurement (with the MOF), fair competition (with SAMR), trade in services and digital trade (with MOFCOM), working with Chinese SOEs (with SASAC), and adopting international rules (with the NDRC).3) Stakeholder management: Build up and maintain relations with ministries, local government authorities, SOEs and business associations. Presented with “Integrity Award” by the UK Ambassador for exceedingly handling government relations, and was well recognized as the go-to person for government issues.4) Leadership: Line-manage 1 staff member, help her fit into the team and achieve corporate and personal goals.
