Identify regulatory barriers based on British business needs, then set up G2G and B2G channels with regulators to resolve these barriers, including on government procurement (with the MOF), fair competition (with SAMR), trade in services and digital trade (with MOFCOM), working with Chinese SOEs (with SASAC), and adopting international rules (with the NDRC).3) Stakeholder management: Build up and maintain relations with ministries, local government authorities, SOEs and business associations.
