Monitor Defects and work alongside MRO as required to rectify defects at the first opportune ground timeReview daily summary of line station departure telexes provided by ENG OCC and recommend necessary follow up maintenance actions. Assist in AOGs, delays, and aircraft defects to facilitate rapid and effect recovery of Aircraft. Provide regular clear and accurate reports on all technical delays and aircraft ground incidents to all relevant personnel. Dedicated fleet focal to coordinate and drive work, as well as to provide oversight on all related technical issues. Oversee MRO execution, including but not limited to, work scope and resources involving manpower, tooling, ground time, and verification of said work. Provide technical oversight and assistance in the areas of line and base maintenance on the operational fleet. Conduct post mortem of delays, AOGs and aircraft incidents, including getting Technical Services Engineer to analyse root cause and provide recommendations for follow up actions as necessary.

● Work closely with site personnel on coordination and planning of works, including site meetings with clients and main contractors to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and government regulations.● Responsible for all site documentations, including paperwork, records, safety documents, site progress, overall project costing and resource management.● Controls the use of site resources, monitor, and forecast overall project costs, scheduling of work and site progress, and reports directly to Director of Company.

- Assist the Licensed Aircraft Engineers in troubleshooting any incoming defects into Base Maintenance- Carry out routine inspection tasks such as EWIS, general visual inspections on the fuselage of the aircraft, routine cabin inspection on the aircraft seats and IFE as well as any other tasks assigned by the engineers.- Perform skilled tasks such as crimping, fabrication of plugs, splicing, wire-locking, bonding checks, insulation resistance checks, continuity tests as well as health checks on the aircraft PCUs.- To ensure that all tasks assigned are carried out duly and with utmost professionalism to ensure the highest safety standards achievable.- Strictly adhere to all system procedures e.g. ISO 9001/ Airworthiness- Interpret and Understand schematic diagrams, SWPMS, AMMs, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins to efficiently carry out troubleshooting, modifications, and maintenance as required- Complies with all Environment, Health and Safety Policies.
