Al Composites Materials FZE(ACM) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinda Group, the largest, most competitive & fast-growing Composites Materials factory in China.Since ACM is the significant step of XD Group’s overseas expansion, it played a role as XD Group’s first overseas production basement. The first plant has been operating since 2015, and now the construction and modification of the third plant is ongoing covering 6000 sq.m. of floor space in Jebel Ali Free Zone.Therefore my duties include the following:1. Following proceeding of company’s law cases, communicate with external lawyer and make strategy for litigation together, collect & clarify evidences for submit. Gained sufficient experience in labour cases and contract disputes.2. Ensure continuous communication, collaboration and co-ordinate with external law firm. 3. Drafting agreements involved the company, such as construction agreement, sales & purchase agreement for real estate, employment agreement and other legal documents etc.4. Reviewing all the contracts/agreements signed by the company and give legal advice for the sake of company’s business. 5. Following & supervising the performance of contracts/agreements, give legal advice and take instant measures if any potential risks increase.6. Reporting directly to VP. Submitting monthly report of contracts’ performance and updated list of suitcases to CEO.7. Asseessing & Controlling risks in company’s operation, give legal advice and help relevant department handling highly risk issues.
