Jiang (Jay) Zhou, Ph.D., has over two decades of experience building solutions for decision-making across industries including telecommunication, banking, insurance, smart city, aerospace, education, sports, electricity, and investment management. These solutions have resulted in over $200 million in savings for clients and created more jobs. Dr. Zhou's research on genetic algorithms and neural networks for decision-making won first place for the ESRI Best Scientific Paper. He has participated in three head-to-head competitions to develop the best predictive models for leading clients in the United States, winning all of them.
