• Drive team to build and maintain billion-level usage workflow engine with high availability (SLA 99.999%). • As engineer manager, driving team to empower 10+ first party partner teams smoothly onboarding and migrating million legacy workflows to Power Automate Flow platform.• Develop and maintain high reliable, asynchronous and distributed job scheduling system to empower flow triggering, execution and maintenance.• Experienced on major big data and distributed system technical skills: Azure CosmosDB, Azure SQL Server, Event Hub/Message Queue(Kafka), Azure Storage and Redis Cache.• Drive to develop 2 of 4 major flow/automation workstreams (API Flow, Interactive Flow) to build automation ecosystem.

• Build a brand-new instance massager based on open source SIP protocol stack. Like any modern IM application, it supports text chat, audio chat and file P2P transfer. It also supports group chat for text and audio.• Design IM client structure, memory model and messaging routing map.• Define and implement web service interface which talk with backend PostGresql database.
