Program/Project management: Successfully led 100+ automation deployments across Amazon robotic fulfillment centers in North America. • Led RFPs, contract negotiations, strategic bidding, budget management, and generated over $3MM in savings in 2021 and $1.3MM in 2022.• Piloted a new Robotic program in 2021 in creating turn-key solutions to centralize utility deployments across multiple automation technologies within 57 deployments across 28 states in North America in 2021. In 2022, deployment capabilities increase from 57 to 150+ (~3x increase) • Co-managed the Robotics Utility Program and support over $63.33 million in capital investment within the Robotics Deployment Engineering (RDE) portfolio in 2021• Trained 3 new vendors (10+ construction managers) to enable simultaneous autonomous deployments and reduced dedicated Amazon resources from 4 to 1 individual (6,240hrs of annual saving).• Successfully had ZERO safety incidents, near misses, disruption to operations, and project delays• Created new PPM tracker to enable better planning, execution, tracking, feedback looping, and reporting for all program/project-level activities.• Developed new project intake with sprint dashboard tool and program wiki page.

Project management: Drove R&D of new marine-grade coating and corrosion prevention for electrical outboard motor, battery pack, and charger. • Developed & managed a 15-week project schedule on excel, provided updates on a consistent basis to key stakeholders, & supported supply chain on issuing PO’s.• Managed 10+ suppliers & effectively maintained strong working relations to ensure sourcing & procurement of parts are met for testing & product development.• Applied knowledge of engineering principles and corrosion theory to execute cathodic protection plan and in-turn improve overall product quality and longevity. • Conducted outboard and battery pack coating failure analysis and presenting mitigation proposals to senior engineers. Developed cost reduction proposals, reducing initial outboard coating investment by $150k+ (62.3%) Hardware development: Prototyped new radiator flow guards to improve cooling and battery component protection. • Designed for injection molding and improved prototypes through 3D printing• Improved overall design longevity, consistency, and assembly processes as well as reduce the number of parts within battery pack assembly.

Program Management: Leading a team of 40+ undergraduate students to design and manufacture a Hyperloop Vehicle. • Allocated functional requirements, maintained interface control, & guided software/hardware integration for 7 cross-functional subteams. • Responsible for development & documentation of hardware testing, computational analysis verification, & system safety/optimization. • Installed a new project management platform enabling subteam leads to improve purchasing logistics and action item prioritization. • Facilitated all team and technical meetings on a weekly basis • Most importantly, striving for inclusiveness and pushing for authenticity within my team’s workspace; to build and foster the best engineers!

Owned the entire cold gas thruster (CGT) CAD model and pneumatic schematic. Improved the integration of all pneumatic lines between subsystems, resulting in over $3k cost savings, 20%+ weight reduction, and a 30%+ increase in vehicle acceleration. In addition, improving the processes of the hydrostatic pressure and static fire tests to be twice as efficient in comparison to last year.

Ranked 1st in the United States and 4th in the world at SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition III. Designed and manufactured two aluminum conical rocket nozzles. Performed FEA and tensile tests to ensure the nozzle connection had a FOS higher than 3. Performed hydrostatic pressure and static fire tests on the CGT per ASME B31.3 to ensure that there were zero leaks and that all components were operating correctly, and subsequently to ensure the propulsion system as a whole was performing as expected.

3D modeled the suspension module, ran vibrational analysis and simulations of vehicle flight trajectory via MatLab. Manufactured a four-bar linkage testing module to verify our spring and damping constant. Lead manufacturing and assembly of all suspension components for 2017 pod.

Ranked 4th in the United States and 6th in the world at SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition I My primary duty was to design and create a test rig capable of gathering data on all magnetic systems on the 2017 pod. Mechanical: Designing and building Lithium battery enclosures, populating magnet arrays for electromechanical braking, mill and lathe parts, and CAD design for actuator mount scanners

I provide on-campus peer mentorship to 15+ newly selected Opportunity scholars at the University of Washington under the supervision of the WSOS Scholar Success team. • Scholar Leads are enthusiastic role models who help Scholars navigate their new campus, learn about available resources and support their academic journey. • Responsibilities also include sharing resources that support goal setting, prioritization of work, and time management.

Selected from a pool of thousands of candidates to work closely with the leaders of RippleMatch’s Leadership Team.• Leverage various growth strategies and tools including social media, email marketing, presentations, and peer & faculty member networking to grow the user base and awareness on campus.• Strategically assess growth and performance metrics to improve, change and/or help design new growth strategies.

Project Management: Retrofitted bin conveyance system into pallet conveyance system. Coordinated demolition and ensured the demo was completed as scheduled by all key players.Automation controls: Developed new PLC logic & installed new communication hardware for proper conveyor and new Tesla mobile robot interface. • Successfully installed, tested, and commissioned the new Tesla mobile robots and presented it to the president of automotive. • Drafted routes and performed field tests for implementing new fleets of automated guided vehicle deliveries to enable production line redundancy & headcount savings.SCADA & Human Machine Interface development: Utilized Ignition to design and develop Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens that monitored real-time flow of the Model 3 body distribution center at Gigafactory 3 and Model 3 battery enclosure buffer zone at Gigafactory 1. • Used python to develop custom animations and visual displays to enhance the user’s ability to process, track, and analyze production data. • Provided training to Sr. Equipment Engineer at GF3 on how to operate the HMI screens. • Documented progress and provide instructions for future improvements via Confluence to ensure a smooth project hand-off.

Performing technical project management duties. • Led a team of 20+ undergraduates in creating the University of Washington’s first solar-powered cell phone charging station. • Developed manufacturing plans & timeline, led meetings & build sessions, and managed project funds. • Pushed efforts to increase sustainable technology and promote green energy awareness on campus.

Design: Used SolidWorks & AutoCAD to create conceptual designs of ferry gates & hydraulic systems.• Converted 2D blueprints into 3D models for Boeing & WSDOT projects.Analysis: Utilized Solidworks FEA to identify all risks & mitigations of modifying structural members.• Verified FEA via hand calculations for Boeing hoist shaft & Fisher Island transfer bridge girders.

• I took full management to estimate, plan, schedule and construct as well as obtain proper authorizations to complete my signage project in a timely manner at the SeaTac Airport. • I was effective in communicating and coordinating with various types of people, including upper management, venders, peers and the skilled field crews.• Assisted the PCS Manager on providing solutions and alternatives to be considered and implemented with minimal guidance towards numerous projects such as installing Wi-Fi access points in the SeaTac bus maintenance facility and installing information monitors at the baggage claim carousels.• Utilized my CAD skills to assist clients in visualizing their conceptual designs of ticket counters and baggage claim carousel and creating documents required for permit.
