As the architect of the project, designed and led a group of engineers developed the two-way real-time integration system to integrate Marketo's market-leading B2B marketing automation system with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and On-premise systems. The system was designed to be highly available, horizontally scalable, and extensible. The successful integration released in May 2012 allows Microsoft Dynamics customers to use the Marketo Lead Management system seamlessly to generate, nurture and qualify more high quality sales leads with less effort.

As a Lead Software Engineer, designed and developed many research-oriented, web-based and desktop applications which apply technologies like data exploration and visualization, intelligent tutoring, intelligent job aid, natural language processing, and intelligent planning and scheduling.
