Own overall Supply Chain operations and budget in China• Manage the 3PL vendors for Warehousing, Customer Service, Transportation and Customs, ensure smooth operations and timely monitor 3PL performance• Deliver a supreme service level to our customers through efficient operation control and operation cost2. Build up the Supply Chain capability to support the business strategy transformation and customer collaboration• Represent as project owner or core member team to fully support business new initiatives like business transformation from offline to online to omni Channel, CRM and digital activities end-to-end integration, new business channel of Cross-Border E-commerce• Drive customer collaboration through SC knowledge sharing and coaching to our customers in the traceability system design and data transformation, automation order platforms roll-out, various distribution solution like cross-docking, DTS and DTP, support to the post-surveillance to our customers3. Own S&OP process to facilitate all the counterparts to do the best collaboration for an accurate forecast accuracy, ensure sufficient product supply with the right level of inventory and communicate to leadership team in a timely manner. • Achieve Asia Pacific 2015 President Award for the Best Improvement in Sales Forecast and SNOP process3. Own quality and compliance related responsibilities to ensure the operation compliant with regulation and quality requirement, close follow-up on change control and non-conformance corrective actions, operation representative for internal audits (Quality/Finance) and external audits (CFDA/Customs inspections) • Achieve the Highest Rating for Quality/Financial audits in 2014 and 2016• Improve company trade compliance, acquire AEO certification in 2016 4. Represent Supply Chain in leadership team as a valuable business partner, coach and develop team members through feedback, counselling, training and timely communications

1. Own the sales forecast for Accessories products (6 categories) in China market Generate monthly sales forecast based on multidimensional analysis including seasonality projection on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis, holiday effects estimation, launches impacts and store opening impacts Drive ACC Monthly S&OP meeting with cross function leadership team including GM and department heads of Merchandising, Finance and Retail Create OTB (open to buy) process to facilitate Show Room buying for Merchandising department and enable SC persons to attend the quarterly oversea buying as a valuable business partner2. Manage product life cycle for Accessories products Ensure new product launch need fulfillment and closely follow up with regional counterparts Ensure permanent products availability and proper stock coverage by continuously monitoring and adjusting the safety stock in DC and in stores Ensure seasonal products sell-through through effectively stock reverse management
