Senior engineer and project manager for PUB sludge treatment project.Work on-site for pilot plant in PUB/CWRP. In charge of design, modify, installation, commissioning and daily operation of the system. Report to PUB OIC for the whole progress.Lead the review on inter-disciplines design/ engineering/ constructability to consider safety, quality, performance, reliability, flexibility of operation with optimal project and life cycle cost.
