• Created 3D modeling for brake rotor and pedal structure in SolidWorks and applied GD&T to generate 2D drawing for manufacturing and assembly. Completed brake system model assembly in SolidWorks Assembly.• Re-designed rotor feature which has better heat dissipation and completed the brake components selection (calipers, cylinder, proportioning valve, etc) based on vehicle parameter and competition rules, achieving a braking distance reduction of 10%.• Conducted the FEA analysis on brake rotor to verify stress, strain level, safety factor, deformation, etc.
