Responsible for or deeply involved in the due diligence and filing of multiple IPO engagements, including a data analysis and solution company (filing period), a semiconductor component company, a high-end alloy smelting equipment company, a special power supply company, and a microporous foam new material company. 1. Job Description- Take the role as field in charge of business and financials, preside over the due diligence work;- Draft due diligence reports, propose solutions for key business and financial matters, and implement the solutions in collaboration with the enterprise;- Draft memoranda for special matters, analyze the specific situation in combination with relevant laws and regulations, and IPO cases, and give response suggestions;- Coordinate with multiple parties, coordinate enterprises and intermediary institutions such as accountants, lawyers, and appraisers, and advance the work as planned;- Assist team leaders in proposals, conduct research on semiconductors, high-end equipment, and new materials industries. Pay visits to potential clients.2. Working in the Audit and Assurance Service Department for 6 years, have completed IPO work for 1 client, multi-year audit work for 27 clients, and consulting work for 4 clients.
