Lead the viola section (10-12 players) in symphony orchestra rehearsals and performances;Ensure the unity of the section sound while collaborating with other voices in the orchestral playing;Decide on bowings and assign divided parts to each player for each piece performed based demands and needs of other voices.

Coordinate 20+ events including masterclasses, concerto competitions, and chamber music recitals for over 800 students and faculty members in the string department.Compose and send mass emails to students and faculties promptly for announcements, updates and reminders of all string department events according to demands.

Contributed to 6 marketing and audience development strategies for the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center’s New Chinese Audience Outreach Program.Drew 2000+ ticket purchases from new audiences to CMS concerts in 3 consecutive seasons from Chinese communities in the Tri-state area.Translated the entire season brochure of CMS’s 2019-20 concert season into both traditional and simplified Chinese for print.

Gave 380 private violin and viola lessons to 13 NYU undergraduate students, both in-person and online, for 2 semesters.Gave all students midterm and final grades for either 2 or 4 credits based on progress.

Initiated, curated, performed, and contracted musicians from Juilliard for 3 concerts at Fordham University as part of the Fordham University Classical Music Society. Drew 100+ students to subscribe to the future events of the Society..Registered the future concerts of the Society as a source of concert reviews for college music classes at Fordham.
