Chris Elvart Lead Architect for Core Map at HERE, a Nokia company" and "Mr. Jiaxin Lin worked at Webscan, Inc. as a Student Software Engineering Intern during the Summer of 2013. During this time he implemented an OCR (optical character recognition) algorithm. This project required him to understand an intricate algorithm and implement it in C++. As part of this project, he developed a fully working Windows application, utilizing Visual Studio tools. Jiaxin demonstrated that he can understand a complex set of functional requirements and implement a real solution in the form of a working application. I recommend Jiaxin as an excellent employee who is knowledgeable about software implementation and very talented."
