• Managed a team to design a self-pickup and drip-off locker application to generate passwords for customer to collect deliveries at shared locker centers in Halifax, Canada and Chengdu, China.• Held test run of this locker service in 3 communities with over 200 customers for a 6-month period, which decreased postman’s routine workload as well as increase logistic efficiency.• Organized marketing and advertising events to promote company profile in 10 communities.
