In total interviewed more than 100 candidates and finally hired ~35 staffs.• Supported engineering department manager to interview the engineers including process engineer, instrument engineer, equipment engineer, and planning & cost engineer etc.• Led the production manager to develop SOPs for hydrogen refilling and coached operators on site.• Support HSSE department to prepare safety pre-assessment and safety facility design assessment report and attended the experts review panel.• Led the commission and operation of 20MW electrolyser plant in Zhangjikaou. The electrolyser plant was safely operated and successfully supplied ~ 80tons green hydrogen to 2022 Winter Olympics.• Coordinated the permitting applications of electrolyser plant, e.g. Project Approval, Land Certificate, Construction Project Planning Permit, and Construction Permit etc.• Led the operations and engineering team to prepare the operations management systems including operation principles / rules, SOPs and hydrogen product QAQC requirements etc. Approved the above documents.
