* Cost calculation of different types of denim/twill fabrics* Making plan of the production program according to fabric delivery schedule, empty loom and looms are being empty.* Give the design and machine setting to technician for the specific items. * To minimize the wastage of production floor.* To optimize the rate of production & the working efficiency as well. * Take immediate action, if suddenly fabrics fault come out during production.

* Follow the production plan according to the given production program. * Making the weaving floor positioning report & report to management.* Making weft yarn consumption for the specific shift.* Identify the fabric fault and take immediate action to remedies the fault.* Manage a huge no. of manpower to keep smoothly running of the weaving floor etc..
