I routinely onboard new firms to Tamarac as well as enhance existing relationships by scoping and executing ad hoc projects. Relationship Management - I represent the post sales liaison between the Advisory Firm and Envestnet | Tamarac. I oversee all communication and contract adherence as an advocate for the firms over lifecycles from 6 to 18 months in length concluding with a handoff to Tamarac Operations. Planning and Executing - I provide end to end oversight for up to 50 concurrent complex projects. This includes managing timelines, Resource utilization and ultimate project success against a variety of challenges. I interface between many stakeholders including client firms, Envestnet | Tamarac, 3rd party Financial Institutions and a variety of compliance entities to work through project tasks and known or unknown challenges. Resource Management - I am responsible for managing and controlling internal resource utilization. This requires maintaining accurate time logging by all project resources enabling our team to maximize output and maintain project schedules.
