•Maintaining day to day accounts, which includes daily sales report and stock movement reports.•Preparing month ending documents i.e. monthly P&L account, Balance sheet, petty cash book, Bank statement, Expenditure account etc.•Manageing payments, Pepareing cheques, scheduling payments and reconcilining bank transactions etc.•Managing debtors, ensuring timely collection of accounts receivables, preparing timely receivables list, following up receivables, sending timely statements and reports to customers etc.•Stock Tracking: Monthly stock taking, stock cross checking, tracking movement of stock, clearing discrepancies in stock.•Coordinating activities of all branches i.e. releasing most of the payments of branches, Maintaining branch accounts clear. Maintaining proper track of goods transferring to different branches etc.•Dealing shop customers, preparing quotations, Giving product description and simple solutions for customers etc.
