Career management consultant with over 11 years experience in the UK. Started my consulting journey with Accenture where I specialised in the retail banking space and specifically on the regulatory / structural reform programmes. Part of large scale programmes in large global and UK banks.Moved on to a boutique consulting firm, PEN, where I learned more about the consulting business as there was a lot more freedom and responsibility. Recently decided to establish a Management and Technology Consultancy, Catalect, with a view to "enable better outcomes" for our team, clients, and local communities where we operate.Today we focus on change management, process optimisation and technology consulting and outsourcing. We have clients in the Middle East, UK and Pakistan in the IT and manufacturing sectors.
