Final year design project (FYDP) in processing department at liberty mills limited where we reduced the downtime of machines through the implementation of lean tools by analyzing the operational flow and observing delay reasons.

One month internship in which we worked on the assembly line in the meter manufacturing department. We were briefed about how different parts of gas meters are manufactured and then assembled together, how the targets are scheduled and achieved and how assembly lines are managed altogether. A detailed report was submitted about our learnings and experience at the completion of internship.
