Managing a team of quality checkers,as well as checking 3D model and 2D drawings created using Tekla structures and SDS/2.-Planning the work and assigning tasks.-Coordinating with production teams and making sure the best possible quality product is provided to the client.-Checking RFIs,NDT weld in Tekla structure and NWD files.-Taking technical training sessions and performing other activities for the benefit of the team.

This is my first job and got selected for a campus interview. As I passionate about creativeness, checking of 3D models & drawings. I started my career with Techflow Engineers Pvt Ltd. As a trainee checker. I learn a lot as part of the Quality control department and successfully completed commercial and industrial most complicated projects under my checking leadership. Checking of Most Complex Project like School, Hospital, Churches, Malls & Retrofitting etc. I would like to thanks all my mentor at the beginning of my career and all my colleague directly & indirectly way shared knowledge & experience with me.

This is the same organization Techflow Engineers Pvt. Ltd.Here, I started polishing up my management skills. As I have a good enough experience into the checking, leading teams, problem solving of teams, training newbie & leading to project with complete control over it. All this experience as well as my performance skills allow me to move to the next level and I got promoted as the QC team leader.
