With over 13 years of experience in higher education admissions, partnerships, and recruitment, I am passionate about connecting students with life-changing opportunities and empowering them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen careers. As the Director of Admissions and Partnerships at St. George's University, I oversee the strategic development and implementation of admissions and enrollment initiatives, as well as the cultivation and management of partnerships with academic institutions and student recruitment organizations across Canada. I leverage my expertise in educational technology, which I acquired through my Master of Education and Digital Technology degree from Ontario Tech University, to enhance the student experience, optimize the admissions process, and foster collaboration and innovation among stakeholders. I also apply my skills in conflict resolution, relationship building, and job coaching, which I developed through my previous roles as the Associate Director of Admissions Canada and International at Ross University School of Medicine and the Recruitment Specialist at Agilec, to support the academic and professional growth of students, staff, and partners. My mission is to create a diverse, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment that prepares students for the challenges and opportunities of the global health care sector.
