Responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, recruitments, performance management and implementing company policies and procedures.

1) Recruitment:o Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly.o Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.o Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly. 2) Compensation & Benefits:o Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees. 3) HR Administration:o Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to theemployees.o Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management.4) HR Management:o Handling all employee inquiries & grievances.o Dispute settlements according to company rules & complianceguidelines.
