RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for implementing & managing Microsoft Dynamics GP, RMS & Sage Accpac ERP customers.• Supporting in presales activities in order to define high-level project charter and demonstrate functionally the solution design that cover prospect requirements.• Preparing prospect Technical & financials proposal and preliminary project plan.• Conducting analysis and data gathering sessions and preparing the Gap analysis Fit Document & PPT presentation for Management.• Preparing the solution Design document mapped with customers business scenarios. • Mapping the gap analysis with an implementation plan and custom developments if required.• Supporting technical team for Preparing Technical Design document for customizations.• Prepared Test cases for End User.• Preparing Project weekly, Monthly & daily progress report for Project Coordinators & TOP Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • For implementing & Controlling Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains customers. Also supervising team on MS Dynamics Retail Management system Store Operation & Head Quarter tools.• Roadmap and Version Management.• Trend Analysis • Collaborative Development & Trend Analysis.• Pre-Sales ActivitiesApart from my basic responsibilities of requirement gathering and analysis I have conducted various training sessions including Basic Accounting Concepts, Financial Accounting & Cost Accounting, Microsoft Dynamics GP & Retail Management & other Financial Modules.

• Assist clients with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, primarily in the area of Supply chain, financials, Human Resource & Payroll and integration. Also supervising team on MS Dynamics Retail Management system Store Operation & Head Quarter tools.• Provide process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data conversion specifications, testing, etc. for clients migrating to Dynamic Great Plains. • Provide Training to client (End users) on Dynamic Great Plains core modules.• Provide post & pre-implementation support. • Provide pre-sales support: reviewing & answering RFP’s, preparing proposals, demo assistance, requirements gathering & analysis, etc.• Prepares project estimates and status reports for proposed projects and provides training and technical support to users and peers. • Served as a technical contributor in customization in all areas of Microsoft GP & Microsoft Dynamic RMS.• Facilitated project initiation and liaison with client and project teams to ensure successful completion to satisfaction of customer.• Prepare project management reporting e.g. weekly, monthly project status reports, project issue log etc.
