· Set up the Project BIM Model and prepare the project template for the Design team.· Manage the data and information structure in the BIM project.· Coordinate with the BIM models and do the clash reporting.· Communicate and enforce BIM standards on the project. Delegate tasks outlined in BIM standards.· Conduct classes in BIM applications/ standards.· Help the Design Team to understand BIM Execution plans, and keep them updated increasing the success of their projects.· Provide individual support for BIM/CAD users and troubleshoot problems with related applications.· Provide individual user help and version update seminars for non-CAD applications in one office. These include but are not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.· Manage 3D printer and VR equipment in the local office.

• Work with the team leads of Architecture, Structure, Interior and MEP on the Fantasyland and Storybook Castle projects to drive the BIM process from conception to completion. Provide technical support and standard management.• Work with local design instituted, provide standard control and quality assurance for 10000+ drawings of 16 facilities.• Maintain and complete the Disney BIM/CAD Standard.• Provide BIM software training to the new users.

• Based on the local standard, created Revit families for the local users.• Worked with the Software Engineers, gathered requirements and developed the new feature for the new release of Revit software.• Worked with the Software QA team and the Translation team, localized the Revit contents for the worldwide users.

• Performed structure engineering design for Japan Civil project including Hachioji Bypass Tunnel, Sasayama Viaduct seismic reinforcement, Akaigawa Bridge and Toranomon metro station.• Provided quality assurance for the construction drawings.
